As originally scheduled, Wednesday will remain a late start for high schools.

Thursday will remain an early release day for middle and elementary students. Middle schools will dismiss at 10:45 a.m. Breakfast will be served and a bag lunch will be provided if requested. Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Students will not have school on Friday as our teachers will participate in the previously scheduled District Inservice.
As a reminder, our inclement weather makeup days have been scheduled for February 20March 17, and April 17, 2017.

Again, we will have school on Monday, and the schedule for the week including the student holiday on Friday will remain the same.

Important Message

Dear Richland Two Parent,
By order of the Governor of South Carolina, Richland School District Two will close WednesdayThursday and Friday of this week (October 5-7). All schools and offices will be closed and all before- and after-school activities are canceled.

Richland County is one of many counties affected by the order of the Governor to close schools and government offices as the state evacuates the coast in preparation for the possible landfall of Hurricane Matthew.
