One hundred and fifty Pontiac Elementary School students will be ready to tackle the school year thanks to a generous donation of backpacks and school supplies from Representative Beth Bernstein and the Office Depot Foundation in partnership with the National Foundation for Women Legislators (NFWL).
The backpacks will be given to previously identified students. The drawstring-style sackpacks each include a zippered pouch containing essential back-to-school items including a ruler, crayons, a pen, a pencil, a pencil sharpener
